Does your imaging process
harm my motorcycle part?
No, we don't remove any of the precious
metal or chrome of the original piece.
Our process laser "burns" our image into the chrome.
Leaving a smooth finish that is permanent and will not fade or wear over
time.

How long does the order take to process?
Orders take approximately 2 weeks for
delivery, from the placement of the order, or upon receiving your part
to be imaged. Depending on current jobs in house, it could take up
to 3 weeks.

Can I send my own part to

Yes, you save yourself from purchasing
the part from us, however we do have the parts in stock.

How are your imaged motorcycle parts shipped and what is the cost?
All of our finished orders are shipped
via USPS priority mail unless specified otherwise. Orders placed will be
charged a shipping and handling fee. Shipping costs will be based
upon total order cost and location of customer.
$6.00 for orders $30 and
under - $8.00 and up for orders more than $30

Can my image be done in
color?
A few parts can currently be done in full
color. However, for the most part we are still working on this
technology on chrome.

How much type can I fit
with an image?
We can fit as much type as you want along
with various lines of type, however we then need to size the overall
image and type accordingly.

I don't want one
of your "stock" images, can I get a truly custom image of my own done?
Yes, we specialize in one of a kind
images. Simply contact us with your idea or image and we will work with
you one on one in designing your piece. Custom designs usually run an
extra $40 - $300 plus part/image fee and are priced per job.

What is
Ghosting?
Ghosting is a similar process of
tattooing chrome however we get a goldish tone that acts like "ghost
flames". (appears stronger or more subdued in different lights) It still
has the same attributes and guarantee as our normal tattoo process.

What file type
should I send for my custom images?
File types for custom images should be
jpeg or tiff images(.jpg - .jpeg - .tif). If you don't know what file type you
have, simply move your mouse over the image icon and a small information
window will pop-up. If it says Type: JPEG Image or TIFF Image, then you
can send it. All other files types will result in an increased
custom art fee. These other file types include the following -
(.bmp .gif .pcx .doc)
